The Centre for European Negotiation and Decision Making, CENAD provides highest quality capacity building expertise for international, national, non-state and business professionals involved in international negotiation and decision-making processes by using tailor-made interactive ”learning by doing” methodologies and personalized analytical and feedback techniques.

Since 1986, CENAD consultants have conducted over 2000 trainings and consultancies using a holistic and personalized approach to negotiation training based on the careful equilibrium between objective theory and the practical expertise stemming from actual real-world negotiation experience. In addition, CENAD covers a wide range of sectorial issues which lends further credibility to its areas of expertise aimed at enhancing effective influence in negotiation processes and result.
